Family Promise of Knoxville understands the needs of vulnerable families; leading us to creating Bright Futures Transitional Housing with the help of our community partners.
Transitional Housing
Families from our Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) will have the opportunity to apply for our Bright Future Transitional Housing Program. While in Bright Futures families will continue to work with a case manager for up to six months to meet goals allowing families to transition into permanent, affordable housing.
